Some things you should know about requesting embroidery:
It takes time and some back and forth communications, so do your best to plan ahead. Depending on the time of year it can take 2-4 weeks, possibly longer depending on the logistics involved.
For initial orders, there is a set up/approval process. Once you are set up, the follow up orders should go smoother.
For the set up process we will need a good quality image for the digitizing process. Once the image is provided by you we will provide you with an estimated quote for the set up fee(s) and price per logo(s). These prices vary based on the size of the logo and the number of stitches it requires to produce. The initial set up/digitizing fee is a one time per logo fee, from there it is then just price per logo applied.
We use one of the most reliable resources who maintains the highest quality of standards in embroidery services. Which means quotes and the initial sample stitch out(s) may take a few days to get to you. The "stitch out" is just as it sounds, a sample stitching of your actual logo/image on a piece of material. When the stitch out is complete we will email you a picture of it with sizing (the actual logo next to rulers for scale) for your approval. Once you approve the stitch out, we will then apply the logos on your items and get them shipped off to you ASAP!
For quotes, we will need a good quality image with the approximate height and width you would like the logo/image to be. We can and will make suggestions as needed.
